Meditation is an integral and delightful part of Emma Cain’s life. She has cultivated her own daily practice over the past eight years or so and loves introducing people to meditation. She has taught people to sit in settings as varied as corporate workplaces, and prisons. An interest in mindfulness also informs and sustains her work as a psychotherapist. You can find more information on her website.
